Leivadakia is renowned for its pristine sandy beach, natural tree shade, and proximity to various restaurants and cafes. Situated just a short stroll from the port/Leivadi area, guests will find an array of bars, restaurants, and grocery shops.

This charming, minimalist studio spanning 43 square meters has been fully renovated and is ideally suited for a couple. It features an open-plan bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a living room, a kitchen equipped with a small dining table for four, and a spacious modern bathroom with a shower. Additionally, the living room includes a double sofa bed, accommodating one adult or two children comfortably. The house comes equipped with all the necessary kitchenware, cutlery, towels, bed linens, and table linens for a comfortable stay.

Outside, there is a spacious veranda at the front of the house, complete with a dining table seating four persons. This area is perfect for enjoying afternoon drinks while basking in the stunning sunset views.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire veranda during their stay. Additionally, there is a side stairway for access to the upstairs property, which is utilized by the residents to reach their property.
