MEDUSE House is a 90m2 residence spread across three levels, offering ample space and stunning views. Featuring three bedrooms, an open kitchen, and a terrace with sweeping 180-degree vistas of Agios Ioannis bay, it’s designed for comfort and relaxation.

On the outdoor terrace, guests can enjoy the sitting pool and outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off after a day at the nearby beach. The terrace also boasts a plancha for barbecue enthusiasts and a wine fridge for wine connoisseurs.

Inside, the house is well-appointed, with a modern open kitchen equipped with all necessary cooking utensils. Marble and steel furnishings complement the Cycladic style, providing both elegance and comfort. The living area features comfortable couches and chairs, ideal for lounging and unwinding. While there’s a television with a DVD player and sound system, please note that there’s no internet or landline.

Despite the absence of air conditioning, the house remains cool, aided by ceiling fans and screened windows in every room. Additional amenities include a washing machine, coffee maker, stove, oven, blender, and more.

It’s important to note that while there’s an outdoor tub/mini-pool, it’s not suitable for swimming due to its small and shallow nature. However, it offers a serene spot to relax and enjoy the sea views.

In terms of water usage, fresh water is a precious resource on Serifos. The house relies on a 20,000 cubic meter cistern, which is refilled before the arrival of each guest. Excessive water consumption may require a refill at the guest’s expense.
